AUKUS is an existing agreement between the US, Australia and the UK. The flagship policy is the development of a new nuclear powered submarine but there is scepticism if the deal will survive a Trump presidency. It has been suggested that AUKUS should expand it membership to include nations such as Canada, Japan and the Philipines.

The Cultural Revolution was a project undertaken by Chairman Mao in his last decade in power, which led to an estimated 2 million deaths in an attempt to root out "bourgeoise elements" of China. It was considered by Mao as his greatest achievement, but historically, the CCP has allowed only allowed very limited self-critisiced the cultural revolution (e.g: in 1981 they lablled it as causing a 'severe setback' for China). Under President Xi, the CCP has been more open with its criticism including adopting a resolution which described it as a 'decade of turmoil.' Morevoer, the CCP has allowed the public to tacitly criticise the cultural revolution including supporting the popularisation of '3 Body Problem' (the series is set against the backdrop of the cultural revolution and includes the protagonist's father being killed as a protagonist).

A proposed model for Palestinian statehood is that it would join a confederation with Jordan, similar to Iraqi-Kurdistan. Palestine would exist as an autonomous administrative entity within Jordan, with its locally elected officials having a high degree of authority over local affairs. Currently roughly 1 in 5 Jordanians identify as Palestinian or claim heritage from Palestine.

A youth group is a type of religious organization with a focus upon providing activities and socialization for minors and/or young adults (e.g YMCAs, Parish-Affiliated Groups). They are seperated by age categories (e.g preteens, teens and young adults get seperate groups) and are run by the same young adults, with varying levels of support and oversight from their parishes (e.g funding, priestly visits).

Self-publishing refers to the process where authors independently publish their work without the involvement of traditional publishing houses. 

The Boeing 787 is Boeing's most popular commercial plane model, which is used by many major airlines. In 2024, there have been multiple mid-flight failures involving the 787 (e.g doors breaking off in midair, sudden dips down), which a whistleblower claims is due to unprofessional construction procedures (e.g not fitting parts properly, jumping on parts to fit them), making them more vulnerable to fracturing while flying. The more a 787 plane is flown, the higher the risk of a fracture happening. This has led to an investigation by the U.S Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and whilst Boeing has denied the accusations, they have recently restructured their entire executive board.

The American Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) has a limited ability to operate in Mexico to assist in drug crime prevention, due to bilateral dealings with the Mexican Government. However, under the current agreement, it has no ability to investigate and prosecute in China, which supplies the base ingredients to Mexican drug cartels in extremely large quantities.
